Our Story

Hi, we’re Rebecca and Simon. After undertaking training to become professional pizzaiolos in Italy, we have returned home to feed Cornwall’s communities and it’s visitors from our mobile pizza parlour.

OUR LOCATIONS

Collection Information

For collection we want to encourage pre-orders throughout the day where you can choose an evening time slot for pick up from 5-7.30/8pm (depending how busy we are). We will be staggering collections in 10 minute intervals to ensure your safety with social distancing in mind. If someone is already at the van when you arrive, please wait at a safe distance until we call you over. You can order by calling us on 07484644170.

 Reheating Instructions

If you are collecting but intend to travel home again you can reheat our pizza if you wish at 220° C for just 3 – 6 minutes depending on how crispy you like it. Just let us know when you order that's what you want to do. They still taste delicious!

Local Cornish Ingredients

We believe in supporting our local community so we use the freshest seasonal Cornish ingredients where possible on our pizzas.

Homemade Sauce

Made the authentic Italian way with sweet San Marzano tomatoes from the foothills of Mount Vesuvius near Naples, the birthplace of pizza.

Multigrain Dough

We use a combination of Italian type 00 flour and a West Country organic multigrain seeded flour that adds a new light and digestible dynamic to our bases.

We are eco friendly

We’re proud to say that we’re single-use plastic-free. We use 100% compostable pizza boxes and 100% biodegradable bags which are also both recyclable. We even serve cans of water.
