Our Story

Hi, we’re Rebecca and Simon. After undertaking training to become professional pizzaiolos in Italy, we have returned home to feed Cornwall’s communities and it’s visitors from our mobile pizza parlour.

OUR LOCATIONS

Below are our regular pitches. For everyone's safety we'd prefer pre-orders by calling us on 07484644170 where you can choose an allocated collection time. But we'll also be allowing walk-ups just as long as everyone keeps a sensible distance from each other. Local Cornish Ingredients

We believe in supporting our local community so we use the freshest seasonal Cornish ingredients where possible on our pizzas.

Homemade Sauce

Made the authentic Italian way with sweet San Marzano tomatoes from the foothills of Mount Vesuvius near Naples, the birthplace of pizza.

Multigrain Dough

We use a combination of Italian type 00 flour and a West Country organic multigrain seeded flour that adds a new light and digestible dynamic to our bases.

We are eco friendly

We’re proud to say that we’re single-use plastic-free. We use 100% compostable pizza boxes and 100% biodegradable bags which are also both recyclable. We even serve cans of water.
